- We include supervised all-day play in our indoor play area.
- We feed twice daily, allowing the dogs to rest an hour after meals before returning to play. Owners are asked to bring their dog’s usual food to prevent upset tummies from sudden diet changes. Lunchtime is also available upon request.
- Our potty schedule closely mirrors the home environment. The first walk is at 6:30-7:00 a.m, hourly during the day, and then a final night potty at 9:30-10:00 p.m.

All lodging guests go through a pre-stay evaluation to make sure they’re comfortable and happy in our active, social play environment.
We offer scheduled potty breaks throughout the day, so guests won’t have to worry about their next potty break. Our extraordinarily thorough routine includes an early morning potty, numerous breaks throughout the day, and a late night potty break right before bedtime.

A Careful Process
On evaluation day, pet visitors will be given time to adjust to the new environment and meet the staff. Then, they’ll be introduced to friendly dogs pre-selected by the evaluator. This is done in a quiet, private area to alleviate any added stress. Each dog will be guided at a pace consistent with their comfort levels while we measure your dog’s sociability and confidence.
At the end of the session, your dog’s evaluation will be discussed with you to help you consider your best courses of action going forward. You’ll be given recommendations based on your dog’s individual situation.
